Dispensing
A focused dispensing client for order entry and fill, with drug data and clinical checks built into the flow.
Pharmacy Management System
RxQuorum brings dispensing, pharmacist validation, and packing and shipping into one system, so your team works from a single record from intake to the doorstep.
Platform
Purpose-built modules share one database and one API, so there is no re-keying between the bench, the verifier, and the shipping dock.
A focused dispensing client for order entry and fill, with drug data and clinical checks built into the flow.
A dedicated verification client puts the pharmacist's review between every dispense and the patient.
Pack, document, and ship from a purpose-built station, with packing documents and cold-chain handling supported.
Capture clinical assessments alongside the order, so the pharmacist sees the full picture at verification.
Product and NDC data kept in the system, with NDC groups that drive program coverage.
A browser-based front end for patients, orders, programs, users, and pharmacy settings.
Workflow
Each step has its own client built for the job, and each hands off to the next through the same record. Dispensing, validation, and shipping all have to agree before an order leaves: that is a quorum.
Technicians enter and fill the order. Prescription, patient, and program details travel with it.
Dispensing clientThe pharmacist reviews the dispense against the order and clinical information before it moves on.
Validation clientThe verified order is packed, documented, and shipped, with the packing paperwork generated for you.
Packing and shipping clientSpecialty and free goods
Specialty and free-goods pharmacies run on manufacturer and patient-support programs. RxQuorum treats them as a first-class part of the order, not a workaround.
About RxQuorum
RxQuorum is a modern pharmacy management system on a clean architecture: a SQL Server database, a service-layer API, and a web front end, with fat clients where speed at the bench matters most.

The RxQuorum manual walks through each part of the pharmacy workflow, written for the people who use it every day.

Specialty and free-goods pharmacies that work with manufacturer and patient-support programs. The program features are built into orders, not added on.
Each station has its own client. Technicians enter and fill orders, pharmacists validate each dispense, and packers pack, document, and ship. All three work from the same record, so nothing is re-keyed between steps.
A set of questions staff answer when a fill is for certain drugs, for example the data a REMS program asks for. An administrator chooses which drugs it applies to and how far a fill can go until the assessment is complete: Dispense, Verify, or Ship. See the manual chapter.
A completed assessment is locked. A pharmacist or administrator can reopen it and must give a reason. Earlier values are kept in the history.
Each pharmacy keeps its own list of programs, tied to the NDCs they cover. You enroll patients with their hub patient ID and dates, choose a dispense type such as Quick Start, Bridge, PAP, or Replacement, and keep the hub's order or case ID on the order. See Programs.
Yes. FedEx is the first supported carrier. Enter the boxes, compare rates, buy the label, print it, and ship. Tracking updates are checked automatically, and shipments move to Delivered or Returned on their own. The carrier connection is designed so more carriers can be added. See Packing and shipping.
A packing slip, a medication literature cover page, and one copy of each Medication Guide that applies to the drugs in the order. Every set is stored, and a reprint is identical to the original.
Yes. RxQuorum can send signed webhooks for events such as a fill being verified or a shipment being delivered. Payloads carry ids, numbers, and statuses only, with no patient names or addresses. See Events and webhooks.
